With over 19 years of experience in design, animation, and creative direction, I have led high-performance teams at HSN to produce compelling visual content that drives engagement for global consumer brands across industries including fashion, beauty, health and fitness, crafts, and jewelry. My work spans TV, web, social media, and OTT platforms, ensuring cohesive brand storytelling.

By leveraging innovative tools like Airtable, ChatGPT, and no-code applications, I have streamlined workflows, enhanced production pipeline efficiency, and fostered a culture of creativity. My expertise lies in aligning creative assets with organizational goals, ensuring brand consistency and maximizing strategic impact.

At the University of South Florida, I provided strategic guidance on digital marketing trends, curriculum development, and industry best practices. I collaborate with faculty to bridge the gap between academia and real-world digital strategy.

• Led a high-performance motion design team of 5 Motion Graphics Designers and Art Directors, producing over 250+ creative deliverables monthly across TV, digital, OTT, social media, and live show sets, ensuring each piece was on-brand, on-time, and impactful.

• Spearheaded motion storytelling-driven campaigns and oversaw the full video lifecycle, from concept and storyboarding to animation and final delivery. Ensured visual consistency and brand alignment across platforms.

• Developed an agile, scalable team structure by assigning specialists strategically across projects, aligning skills with campaign goals and delivering high-impact visuals.

• Implemented robust workflow automation systems using Airtable, ChatGPT, Softer.io, and Bubble.io. Built custom tools, scripts, and extensions to streamline project management and improve cross-functional collaboration with marketing and digital teams.

• Created over 45 modular design toolkits and 75+ MOGRT templates, reducing production work by over 60%, cutting animation time in half, and significantly enhancing brand identity consistency across static and motion deliverables.

• Conceptualized and led brand storytelling efforts through motion graphics and visual identity design for national live TV segments and cross-channel campaigns.

• Art-directed and collaborated with high-profile personalities including Mariah Carey, Mary J. Blige, Martha Stewart, and Wolfgang Puck, delivering polished brand collateral and high-visibility assets.

• Delegated creative tasks, provided mentorship and direction to junior designers, and ensured brand consistency across all platforms, digital, print, and broadcast.

• Designed and animated explainer videos, on-air graphics, and storytelling-driven motion content that reinforced HSN’s brand identity.

• Collaborated closely with Art Directors and Content Producers to develop cross-platform visuals, including website assets, social media, show graphics, and promotional videos.
